Payment & COD Policy

StyleBeauty supports secure online payments and, where enabled, Cash on Delivery for eligible orders.

Online Payments

Customers can pay using available payment options shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other supported methods through secure payment partners.

Payment Confirmation

An order is processed after successful payment confirmation. If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with payment proof and transaction details.

Cash on Delivery

COD may be available only for selected products, pincodes, order values, and customer profiles. COD availability will depend on current store and courier settings.

COD Restrictions

COD is usually not available for pre-order, imported, customized, high-value, or special-request products. We may request advance confirmation or partial prepaid amount for certain orders.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails, you may try again or use another method. Duplicate payments, if verified, will be refunded through the appropriate payment channel.

Order Verification

StyleBeauty may verify orders through phone, email, or WhatsApp before dispatch, especially for COD or high-value orders.
