Pre-Order Policy

StyleBeauty offers a premium pre-order service for selected imported beauty, skincare, makeup, haircare and luxury products that may not be immediately available in India.

How Pre-Order Works

You request or purchase an imported product, we verify availability and pricing, then source it through suitable channels. Once received, the product is packed and shipped to your address.

Estimated Timeline

Pre-order products usually take around 21–30 days. Delays may happen due to international stock, customs, shipping, brand availability, holidays, or courier operations.

Payment

Pre-orders may require full payment or an advance payment depending on the product value and sourcing conditions. COD is generally not available for pre-order/imported products.

Cancellation

Pre-order cancellation may be possible only before sourcing begins. Once the product has been sourced or payment has been committed to a supplier, cancellation may not be accepted.

Returns

Pre-order/imported products are not returnable unless the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing proof where possible.

Availability

If a requested product becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative, wait option, or refund as applicable.
